Engineer Trainee job vacancies in WAPCOS Limited
Qualification : Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate taking average of all the semesters/years, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular semester/year by the Institute/University. Final year/semester students are also eligible provided they have 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of semesters/years up to pre-final examination. However, their cases will be considered only if, he/she passes the final examination with requisite percentage of marks/CGPA

The selection committee reserves the right to shortlist the applicants to be called for Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview by fixing necessary criteria
Compensation/Pay Package : Candidates who will be appointed as Engineer Trainee (Civil/Electrical) will be paid basic pay @ Rs.16400/-in the revised pay scale of Rs.16400-40500 (IDA) plus HRA, IDA as admissible thereon from time to time plus Perks upto Rs.5000/-. Candidates appointed as Engineer Trainee (Civil/Electrical) will be on training for a period of one year with effect from the date of joining. On successful completion of one year training period and presentation he/she would be considered for appointment as Engineer on regular basis. He/she will be entitled to other allowances, facilities as applicable to regular employees of the company after regularisation. No residential accommodation will be provided. However, HRA will be provided as per rules of the company
Bond : The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the organisation for at least four years. The amount of bond is Rs.1,00,000 for GEN/OBC and Rs.50,000 for SC/ST/PWD candidates
